What type of grower are you or would be?

I just finished my 1st indoor grow, and my main goal was high quality buds not quanity. I strictly grew trying to grow top knotch weed, and I was lucky enough to have 2/3 strains meet that goal my 1st time ever growing with anything besides bagseed. I had always grown outdoors until this 1st indoor grow with actual genetics that I got from Attitude.

My question is what is more important to you as a grower, the quality or the quanity? I know everyone wants both and I'm sure that there are strains out there that people might be able to get both out of that particular strain, but I want you all to pick which is most important to you? One or the other.

Well, for choosing the strain, suitability for the space/grow style, quality and quantity.
For the grow, pure quantity. Quality is a side-effect. Most things done to improve the former will affect the latter in a positive way.
For the flush, quality. I flush hydro for 7-10 days (OK, lets not all get started here).
For the dry, quality. It's not worth screwing up all that work for the sake of slow drying and checking for mould daily for a week.
For the cure, it depends on how desperate I am for a smoke!

Like you said you can get quality & quantity which is what I go for, because at the end of the day you can get potent strains that are great producers like female seeds big bud x white widow, the doggie's nuts #1 big bud, female seeds big bud x northern lights, dinafem seeds moby dick

Both. I am after whatever i need. If i have load of bud the i'll grow for quality, if i'm in need of a stockpile then i will grow something of quantity.

so the questions is quantity vs quality without having the best of both worlds... quality... ounces of ok weed is just that ok weed, how excited can you be about smoking ok weed? it'll get you high but 'eh... but a 1/2 oz of quality bud... for me i'm more likely to enjoy the smell, flavor, and high. I want good potent weed!!!! stay high

Quality > Quantity in almost every aspect of my life...especially when it comes to growing.

Of course I try to yield as much as possible without sacrificing quality. It's a balancing act...

Indoor grow. 4 plants. Foxfarm soil, Foxfarm trio, and a 400w HPS. I only grow in winter due to the heat issues I encounter during the summer.

I would rather have 1 oz of the best weed ever off of 1 plant than a quater pound of some above average weed anyday. I will give quantity up for quality. That is what I am looking for. I want to find the best weed that I have ever smoked and it be a strain that I grew. That's extremely high hopes though.

We usually stay in the upper 90's and triple digits from late June to late August sometimes mid September. With the exception of the monsoon season, of course.
yeah we get in the upper 90s to but the humidity is what really kills us doesnt stop me from growing thou

I grow for my fiance and I, 4 Oz. lasts us 3 - 4 months, if it's really high quality. So, I want pure quality. We both are serious medical patients, though... Anyway, pure quality. Its hard to NOT grow a few ounces every 4 months indoor or outdoor ...

I'm going for quality. Got 4 plants going in a tent with a 400W HPS in soil, I think that once cannabis is able to be openly grown by more people, the low-quality stuff will disappear mostly. Everyone wants the most they can get, but of the best they can get...you know?

Quality always is the goal but quantity is achieved by running high yield strains in a big enough system. I had a 12000 watt flowering room at one point in time where we would run 9 plants per light in 3x3 formation in sunshine #4 mix. Under 10 of the lights we would run high yielders like blue dream, ak47, blueberry skunk and skunk x big bud, those were the money making strains that would always yield great quality and large quantity. I love blue dream myself and smoked plenty. Under the two other lights though we ran strains for us and our closest friends maybe some extra for a special buyer, boulder kush (a cutting of kush only found in boulder grown by a generous older gentleman who was kind enough to give us some cuttings) grape ape (mmmmmmmm tasty) and super lemon haze

Quality itself can vary some from strain to strain but generally as long as you maintain a stress free very stable controlled environment and feeding schedule you can bring out the best in all strains

I just finished a harvest of Super Lemon Haze, Pineapple Chunk, and a White Widow. This was my first indoor grow and my first grow with anything besidews bagseed. I have to say that I grew some top shelf bud. The best I have ever grown by far. I could have sold the SLH and PC for $120 a 1/4 bag. The WW wasn't that good. I got a shitty pheno imo because I have seen some bomb ass ww around, but I used white label ww so maybe it was that particular breeder, who knows. I haven't given up on WW yet. I have a couple Dinafem WW's in my seed stash. I will eventually try one out, but I have a shit load of strains that I plan on trying before I try WW again. I'm growing strictly for personal use, and I want the best possible tasting, smelling, and looking buds that are out there that I can grow. They have to get me blazed too. LOL! I am confident that I will run into some strains that will meet my criteria as the best tasting, smelling, and looking buds out there.
