what type of fan do you recomend?

so heres whats up, i made a 4 ft long 4 ft wide 5ft high grow box out of wood, and i just went to cooler guys.com and was looking at all the pc fans and dnt know which one to buy soo help?

Can't say without knowing what kind of lighting you have.

4 75 watt cfls on y splitters

Just to be safe, I would use one for intake of fresh air near the bottom of the box and one for exhaust near the lights.

I can't promise this will work(not sure how hot the grow room, nor do I know how hot the lights will get), but hopefully two of these will do the trick:

Only problem is that these fans aren't exactly whisper quiet. Hope a little fan noise isn't a problem.
