I read to use h2o2 to kill the slime but I also read that it kills the beneficial organisms the plants need. So what should I use?

Before I came across this info I was using the recommended amount of h2o2 and then stopped but I didnt see any difference. I had slime on the roots and floating around in the solution before, and now I still have the same amount. It doesnt seem to affect the plants, they are healthy and bushy little bastards I must say. Im at the point of saying "if it aint broke, dont fix it" but Im open to any suggestions.

What organic nutes are you using in your hydro system? I use Pure Blend Pro, and their regimen calls for regular flushing with their cleansing product called Clearex.

I've also heard good things about Bio Green Clean.

I use 35% hp 5ml per gallon, never had any problems. I clean my tanks every 10 days or so and i've never had any green slime. But, lile u said, if it ain't broke...i tried to fix something that was'nt broke and killed 21 beautiful ladies that were in the 3rd week of flowering. I have several books etc and all say use hp. I've used it from the start and never had any ill effects.

Yeah Im using Pure Blend Pro also. Are you actually using the clearex?

How's everything look? I wash out and sterilize my whole system when I do a nute change which is about every 1 1/2-2 weeks so it never gets out of control but it would just be nice to just dump, fill, and be done with it.
