What to put hydro plants in post germ

Do i go straight to the 4 gallon hydro pots theyll be in for life or do i red solo cup with soil and transplant, with coco/perlite and transplant or go in a rockwool cube and into a tray filled up 1 inch with water?

As soon as it has roots put it into hydro. Use rockwool cubes. To let it root.

This wont cause roots to stretch?
