I have four plants at 4 weeks into flower, and one ( the biggest) is starting to show signs of hermie. Its not to bad right now, i have been checking it everyday and picking what i see off. My question is should i remove it or keep going as i have been? All together i have removed about 20 of the male flowers.

Depends........ If you're getting tired of the picking, and/ or you have females, kill it and cleanse your grow area.
If you're bored and looking for something to do, keep it.

You gotta be more then bored to pick males off everyday lol. If it was me I'd pull it out and put it in my breeding tent :D

Well i am really bored, but i am getting tired of picking them off. I just cant bring myself to chop her or it down. The other 3 females are small compared to the one in question. The only reason i have not pulled it yet is i have seen other ones ive grown outdoors throw a male flower once or twice. Not what i would call a hermie just 1 or 2 but this one i think might be a straight hermie. :( I think if i can make it another week or so ill chop it down.

If you have 3 other females in the room I wouldn't keep it around much longer as you will run the risk of pollinating your other girls.
