What to do when you have determined the problem

Hello all! So I am two weeks into veg and have pretty much came to a conclusion that my issue is nitrogen toxicity. I have reduced the amount of nutes but now my question is do I water as usual again or do I need to flush it out first? Any help is appreciated

plain water it will sort itself out. 2 weeks isn't very old to be having n toxicity, what make you think that?

I could be wrong and I'm open to any other ideas and help. Just from some research I have done that is what it sounds like to me. I would post a picture but I can't figure out how to haha.

The pictures might be hard to tell what's going on tried to get pics of the spots on the leaves. There are also some dark green leaves and they are doing the "claw" with what feels like crispy leaves

Let me know if those pics are visible I'm having to do this from a phone
