what to do if light cycle gets messed up

my flowers is in flowering stage and my timer broke and my plants was left in the light cycle 5hrs longer so what should i do ? leave the off for 12hrs from the time i turned them off or leave them on the same cycle? and what problems did i cause for my plants? i really messed up and dont know what to do.

Hes right dont worry, as long as your not into flower or trying to find out the sex cause that can turn your plant herm
