what to about veg room lighting

Im trying to start a perpetual grow. Ive got my room set up starting with a 2x1x1 homemade cloning box w/65watt cfl-6500k. my veg room is 3xx4x4.my flower room is 2x5x7.the lights i have to work with are,1-105watt cfl-2700k,1-85watt cfl-6500k and a 400watt hps. any suggestions on how to set this up with these lights would be great as im on unemployment and cant afford to get anymore lights right now

the 2 cfl's in your veg room and your 400 use for flower ..

well it would depend on how many clones and in what stage of growth you want to veg them at for a perpetual grow ... and how many your flowering at the same time. I would tell you to figure out how many of each you want then calculate harvest times and then you would know which way to go with the size. I think lol hope this helps lol
