what the hell is this stuff?

I recently started growing from AK47 and White Rhino strains. Seedlings appear to be growing just fine.

My issue is this white stuff that keeps showing up on the soil, when I have the dome on my seedlings. The RH is approx 85%-90%, and the temp is 78F-82F. If I take the dome off, the white stuff goes away. However, I thought I read somewhere that I should leave the dome on. I have a total of 50 starter pots, however not all 50 have sprouted yet, so I figured I would leave the dome on until I transplant.

I am using organic miracle grow soil, with plant food for 3 months. It says it is best for tomatoes

I understand the picture is blurry, but I attempted to outline the shit that keeps showing up. && the seedlings look great, very healthy.

Please let me know what you think. Any advice is GREATLY appreciated.

1. It looks like some kind of fungus to me.
2. I don't know anything about fungus.
3. Use the search engine for other threads on fungus.

looks like powdery mildew use 1 part milk to 9 parts water with a tsp. of baking soda

Thank you!! It is very powdery, and that would make since since there is so much moisture in the dome. I appreciate it.
