What the hell is eating my plants???

Last week I started to notice small holes forming in my leaves. I suspected it was some kind of bug. So I went to walmart and bought some stuff for vegetables. It says to spray it and wait 3 days and spray it agian. And I did so. But holes still keep popping up.I have read other threads about home remittees. Does anyone know what this is? And how I can fix it. Thank you to all in advanced!

try some neem oil. and mist your plants if they arnt flowering yet. search it.

Thanks CannaB, where can i find Neem oil? Do the sell it at lowes or home depot. My hydro shop is only open on the weekends.
