a lot of organic growers use a chemical nute with cheleated iron in it .....it makes the feeding in the soil more accesable to the plant..
so if i use bio bloom grow and this cal mag stuff would there be anything else i would need to add

I believe it to likely be a PH issue , double check your test method with another type of test

A fast way to give your plants some iron is to burn a piece of 0000 steel wool and top dress the ashes , or you should be able to collect some FeO4 from the bottom of a piece of cast/wrought iron.

Since you said you are organic you will not see a recovery for a while organics as you know have to break down before the plant can use it. It you try to give organic cal mag or nitrogen it won't effect the plant immediately like you would like. Botanicare cal/mag plus has n in it it only cost 10$ . You said you tried Epsom salt as a drench or as a foliar spray. I would try again but foliar spray just the leaves. Try not to get it on the bud. My clone get this a lot if I don't keep feeding them full strength nute after they get roots! Good luck!

No mate..you can grow your plants with just a grow and a bloom nutrient....every thing else is just an additive for bigger yeilds....I hate seeing new growers using a shit load of nutes when they haven't a clue what there doing for the plants.....start with grow and bloom nutes and maybe a root stimulater.....and calmag if needed.....when you get the hang of there feeding requirements ...you can start adding 1 additive at a time...hope this helps.......scarecrow77

I thought it had to break down because it is organic cheers mate the buds are fattening up still so don't think it's to much bother just worried about leaf loss it would cause

Wouldn't ph affect all the plant not just the top bud leaves I will try and get a ph pen but their costly can a cheap one be effective it's not affecting bud growth either their pretty fat considering their just under a month into flowering

I got one of those soil testers don't no if it's much cop though everything sits just below 7 so I used it to test ph on a bottle of coke and it shot right down to below 4 so it must work but as I said a lot of people don't like them I only use it because I got it for free.
