looks like a tool to put a fold on the edge on sheet metal so you don't cut your fingers off...i know i've seen one of those before, but i can't remember where or what they were doing with it...I keep finding odd tools that my father had. Took me a couple weeks before I figured out what these were. I still have a drawer plus of specialty automotive/ heavy equipment tools I can't figure out. You guys probably know it.
