ok so i have an outdoor heavy duty fruity about a week from harvest and i found that on of my top colas has had the top white pistils trimmed off..is this some kind of bug or a natural occurence?

sure it was not a baby praymantis? I had a pretty big one do work on a plant last season

Praying mantises are carnivores, I highly doubt they would eat your plants.

Exterminate it, by emitting carbon monoxide onto your plant... Joking.

Try using some sort of oil to kill the insect. (A safe oil, not motor oil)

i did say the insect that looked like some kind of alin grasshoper was eating the pistils off my buds.
