Ok here's the deal first grow I had they turned herme due to light leak so cleaned the room and repainted and put new carpet took the tent outside washed it twice and all equipment sorted the light leak and started again all was well till 5 weeks into flowering and boom herme so naturally got pissed of so repeated cleaning and painting 3rd grow halfway through flowering gues what herme did all cleaning again and now halfway into flowering and bang herme what the fuck is going on I've no light leaks temps humidity is all pretty good use LST method in iws system with 600watt hps gavita light fans an all the shit cant get my head around this am I just not ment to do this HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

A true hermaphrodite will produce balls. Stress has nothing to do with this, it's purely genetic.

A female plant can produce pollen via female staminate flowers (bananas). The tendency to do this is genetic but stress factors bring it out. Some of these plants can be cultivated without making much if any pollen by preventing stress, others will make bananas regardless.

So balls or bananas?

Definitely balls all 4 grows seeds cam from barneys farm this grow was gorilla zkittlez before that was tropicana banana and gorilla glue and blue gelato 41

So if it's purely genetic could it be that barneys seeds aren't great to me it seems to much of a coincidence

Yes, if they grow balls then it’s a genetic hermaphrodite. I’d contact who you got the seeds from and ask them if anyone else has had reported the same issue. Kill them with kindness and they will more than likely send you replacements.

If I was 5 weeks in and there started to be banana or balls I would ride it out and make the best of the situation. I’m sure it would still get the job done. There are people out there who don’t have weed you could give it to them for free at least
