yea , flush em.. dam thats alot of flushing.. good luck ... how many plants do you have?

you should only water with fertilizer every other watering, if you have fertilized them 9 times in a month that is way too much no matter if its 1/4 stregth or not.
in a month you should have only waterd with ferts two or three times at most!!!using plain water in between.

After you flush them dont fertilize again for about 1 to two weeks after. and then again two weeks later ect..
when you do flush they will look droopy for a few days but they will recover quickly. You will then see them start to look healthier.
the best way too explain what happend is you cramed too much fertilizer in the pots , caking the roots basicly overdosing them.
when they get caked like that it blocks any nutrients from being sucked up thru the roots causing this deficency.

3 times the amount of soil is the rule of thumb tho. look it up. It will clean all that excess nutrient out of your pots.

drop the ph to 5.8 and get 'em wet. just dunk 'em in full up water but have drain holes or cut them in using a drill. Let the plant soak a several minutes and make ph readings/adjusments at that time. slowly pull the plant out of the bucket and let the water displace as you pull it out slowly. Do that again after 6 hours and you should be good to go. You don't have to flush the ones only slightly effected but be sure to drop your ph to 6 or 5.8 so the plant can quickly start leaching the soil of excess nutes. Use water only for the next 5 days.
