I want to get into using HPS lights and I want to use a 5x5 but all the 5x5’s seem too short I was hoping someone could help me or send me a link to a grow tent that is 6”11 or 7”11. I know gorilla grow tent sell extension kits but all of their 5x5 tents are sold out and im not sure if any other grow tent companies sell extension kit

Most tents are 2m high or 6.5ft.

That's standard and is plenty. I wouldn't try and run a gavita DE in a tent.
Single ended 1000w Hortilux will do.

Would I be able to get the same quality and quantity with a single ended bulb?
You get more light from a double ended , watt for watt.
But its not common for people to run them in tents, though I have seen a couple of people do it.

A single ended 1000w will cost literally fuck all and you want to learn to walk before you can run.

These make a 2.2m high 5x5
Are LAgarden’s a good brand?

I’m stuck on getting a 5x5 tent   i’m determined to grow 10 plants
Ok.

But if you buy that tent just for it been a bit cheaper from USA your going to pay a lot to have it delivered and then 20% import tax.

Buy local when you can, save yourself the hassle .
Million hydro stores in the uk on the high street or on ebay.

Could the 3x3 hold 10 plants because that’s how much I want to plant
Yes, 10 tiny ones. Personally I would go for only one.
I think you underestimate what you could grow with a 250w etc. Forget DE 1000's in a 3x3
Stronger light will only get you so far. In 3x3 I would go 250/400W max, with plant training. You could juice them some more, but really don't need to to get fat buds.

Too pricy for me
The tent material is not as thick as the original Gorilla tents (600 Denier compared to 1680D on the Gorillas) but they are significantly less expensive. They do come with 25 mm steel poles and "welded metal corners".

I have seen some Gorilla 5x5ft. tents on eBay and eBay.co.uk , have you taken a look there?
