How do you actually find the data within your grow though? What is the tool called?

Sorry, I don’t know quite how to explain it. You know how you test EC with probes. How do you test for VDP? Is there some monitor? Also How do you bring it up or down? Via temp and RH?

you go in your tent and you look what temperature you have you write it down.you look your humidity you write it down.you open this chart and you look 23C you should have 55-65% humidity to get the optimal for mid/late flower
now if you have 70% humidity you can a) raise your temp to 28 or b) lower your humidity to match the ideal vpd chart

Perfect, sounds good. What temps lower or higher in the acceptable range more likely to give a nice non airy bud? I’ve just recently pulled my temps lower (23) from 25-27 seeing if this will create a nicer bud along with other things amended

Fluffy buds is mostly genetic, I'm growing under 29-30c with hps and my buds are dense.
30-32C is the magic point of growth, coupled with the right RH of course.
Flower is a different beast as you wanna conserve the trichomes on one hand and make them abundant on the other, still, one have to accept that in nature, flowering is mostly in spring/summer which means, high temps and high humidity.
The only reason people avoid these rain forest or many coastel towns conditions is due to PM.
But, like mentioned, with a good air flow, and some space between the buds, it's ok and it's the ultimate conditions both vegging and flowering.
VPD charts tell you what you need in each parameter to compliment the other parameter, but it don't tell you which one is the best, it's only suggestions based on their opinions and experience.
Best to do is learn from nature.
Btw, leds need heat ! don't grow with them like you are running a cpu with a water cooled system, plants love heat, I've had the best results with led when I was in the high 30-31c.
Under that, they were just pretty much stagnant in my opinion.

I’d actually chase temp before VPD and ideally both together. You can get proper vpd readings with totally improper temps and that will not help the grow. VPD is good to pay attention to after assuring you’re in the proper temp range, which will help assure you stay in the proper humidity range.

Yes, for me, I try to stay between 27 and 29 degrees celsius, and do follow temperature more than humidity so sometimes my vpd can be a bit high, and out of the recommended range, but I always have vpd in the back of mind when adjusting humidity to my corresponding temperature for proper vpd, lol. Kind of a mouthful to say, but I'm sure you more or less understand what I'm saying. I think we're pretty much all providing similar advice here.

I would say find what works best/easiest for your set up. Seedling, veg, and flower will all be slightly different. The pulse website has great charts to reference. As a general rule though I would say 72 to 82F and 45 to 60% RH for veg and for flower. Anywhere in that zone would be running pretty close to optimum.
EDIT: This is just my opinion. Your mileage may vary

Yes, I have ac infinity controller 67 (also does vpd calculations for you, but is only bluetooth) and their inline fans on intake and exhaust. I only started growing in 2021, and started with the equipment that my local grow shop sold me. Just a 6" vortex fan w/ a speed controller for exhaust and a couple monkey fans . Needless to say, but I couldn't keep my environment anywhere near dialed in, had little experience growing anything, and managed to kill my first crop before I even got to the flowering stage. (terrible watering habits also). Then by reading on this forum, I discovered ac infinity equipment, purchased it, and made my life so much easier in terms of providing my plants not only an environment they will grow in, but thrive in.
