What strain is this? Why are the leaves so tiny?

The plant is about 5in tall after 3 1/2 weeks and the third set of leaves is just beginning to grow.

I had a few seeds from different strains. Some kush, haze, and bunch of "reggies". I decided to germinate one and plant it. It has been about 3 1/2 weeks so far. The leaves are very small, the second set is starting to show 3 blades but again extremely tiny. The third set is just beginning to come in now. The soil is well fertilized. I did over water a bit which caused some slight yellowing on the tips of the first two leaves. There seems to be a lot of space between stem and leaf so im guessing this is going to be a tall plant. But again why are these leaves so small? And what strain grows this way? I have watched countless time lapse's and viewed many images and i can not find anything that looks close to whats growing in my home. Oh yes forgot to mention this is an indoor plant. On a 18/6 light cycle. Attached are a cpl of photos. If anyone can help i would greatly appreciate it. I am relatively new to this and completely lost as to what strain is growing, why the leaves are so tiny, and what (if at all) am i doing wrong here.

youre plant is way over stretched this happens when you dont have enough light,
what kinda lights are you using

just a regular halogen bulb. I know its not the ideal growing conditions i just grabbed a seed a planted it. I didn't know that the wrong lighting can "stretch" the stems. Thanks for that info Sunni i really do appreciate it.

Is there any way i can correct it? or is too late for my little lady?

youre plant isnt going to flower or grow with that light sorry mate, if you live somewhere hot stick it outside,
or youll have to invest in proper growing lights

indoor grows require investment, if youre new to growing read guides. but outdoor you can throw her in the sun and she will like it a lot more, if you cant grow outside invest in CFLs if youre on a budget, got money? get HPS and MH lighting systems or leds if youre rich lol

i just bought CFL's but im worried this plant has been through too much already lol. I just hope this is one of the cheap seeds and not the haze or kush smh. Oh well u live and u learn. Im going to let this girl grow for now and im going to invest in a proper grow tent for the remaining seeds. Thanks for the advice BigTexan!

it should be fine, if you getting better light now.

just replant the seedling so it doesnt fall over, just carefully loosen, dig the soil take the plant out put it back in so its sitting nice and low, and viola

i replanted after reading a thread on that earlier. This is a great forum i wish i found it sooner. Im feeling bad for my little lady shes been through alot but thanks to you guys she's gonna pull through. In a few weeks i'll post another photo to show you where im at.
