What Strain are these (pics)

Got these from a random bag of seeds can anyone guess what they are? they are about 7 weeks into flowering..

looks to be indica, but i wouldn't know where to start if i had to name it

looks like indica as they seem to be long but short (if you get my drift)

ok next question can anyone tell me why my leaves are pointing up instead of flat?
