What strain am I growing? And when do you harvest?

Hey all! Don’t need any help as such... more opinions really. So I’ll begin with how she started her life, it was rough to say the least... regular highs off 42C (not sure what that is in Fahrenheit sorry) she was close to my 450W, and not a lot of airflow, and to top this off I was feeding her ALOT of nutes (I was a nube and still sorta am) but have learned quick and quite a lot over the past 2 and a half months. I learned quick, got a tent, and pulled her back from that horrible existence she was living. She is now thriving at a regular temp of 25C... but humidity is still a slight issue, 45-55Rh during lights on, and getting up to 75Rh in dark period. I know this is an issue and am trying to correct this. She was in vege for 7 weeks, and is now coming to the end off her 5th week in 12/12 (flower) most trices are milky, and 20-30% ginger pistils. she was a bag seed of my regular hookup, and all I know is ‘CK’ which is written on the bag. She is definitely a setiva (as you can see I had to take measures to control height in week 1 off flower) (she absolutely exploded!!!) she smells extremely earthy, and super sweet, almost like honey! Any ideas off what she could be? I would love to know just to satisfy the question I have had from germinate, which is “DAMN I would love to know what I’m really growing!” And the second piece of advice I’m seeking would be when to harvest... now I know there is NO answer to this question, and that’s why I’m asking for your personal experience, for setiva, how long do YOU let your girls plump up, before 2 days of darkness then hanging for dry trim? I know not everyone does the 2 days of darkness but I will, I would like the 2 days off Hahahah. Apart from some nute burn which I am correcting she is going great right now, but she has gota be getting somewhere close right? And sorry for rambling on, just smoked some off this ‘mystery’ CK, it’s good stuff I’ll tell ya, looking forward to trying some homegrown! Thanks folks :)

Impossible to know what genetics she is from a random seed...by looking at her. She also has a good at least 2-3 weeks left...and that's at bare minimum. I use a loupe to check the trichomes and how the plant looks overall. Plant looks healthy also. Those buds will really start swelling soon too. Be patient...you are almost there.

Yes I was asking more on what STRAIN she could be, just from the CK hint, and the look of her along with the earthy and super sweet smell. Thought I would ask and give it a shot, ya never know what random things people will see and know haha. And yes I use a loupe also, but being a first time grower I’m not 100% sure what I’m looking for lol. All trichomes are VERY milky now, but not much amber yet. And yes I was actually thinking roughly a month so that goes with what I have seen and research haha. I would prefer to harvest a week or so later rather than earlier I think. But will see when it comes to that haha. And thanks for the positive feedback bro, I have put an incredible amount off energy of to them, (as I have another 4) (3 in week 2, and another in week 5) so very good to see them all healthy and loving life haha.

Those are more clear....what's happening is the light is hitting them giving them that look but if you look really close you can see they are most clear. They look great though so whatever you are doing its working....just be patient though. Buds can increase up to a good 25% in size in the final week or 2. It's called final bud swell...

Thanks for that bro! Yes I can see a lot better when I zoom in. I will continue to do so over the coming weeks, thinking off flushing 2 weeks prior to harvest, starting in a couple weeks, but will wait to see how she develops. Looking forward to seeing the “bud swell” as a first time grower every small change or milestone is like completing a marathon and chomping first haha. I’m really enjoying the journey :)

" flushing " is also a bro science myth...You cannot remove nutrients from a plant once the roots take them in....All that does is starves the plant at one of the most important stages of cannabis growing. Do a little reading and research on it. There's 2 kinds of flushes and many confuse the terms and how they are applied. The first "flush " is the one mentioned above. Stopping nutrients in the final week or 2. All it does....starves the plant and saves on nutes a little. The 2nd " flush " that people refer too is flushing of the soil. Many nutrients like Fox farms leave heavy salt and other waste deposits. People like to do a flush in the final 2 weeks of flower to rid the soil of those salts and build-ups. This then allows the plant to take up nutrients and water more easily. If you water til runoff though....usually this 2nd "flush" is not needed either.

Yes I have seen that a lot of people do, and a lot of people don’t. I will definitely look in to it further but what you say does make complete sense... I always water till I see a few drips come out the bottom, so yes I think I should be clear. I will post my harvest and let ya know how she turns out. Good hearing your thoughts brother. :)
