vipar 180w ufo leds spoke to the rep about 4 weeks ago they are clone leds from cree and cobb im using them right now alot of people here said would not even flower them well 3 weeks into flower looking pretty damn good

i do find just keep em a little closer then what u usely would but they are kicking ass for the price i payed they say heep 30 - 40 cm away i keep mine about 15cm for nice tight stocky nodes

If you are in Vacaville you shouldn't have to worry about real high summer temps. I remember V'ville as windy and cool like the rest of the bay area. I think the cooltube will meet your needs well.
