I plan on running four 10 gallon tubs with two 12" air stones in each - DWC. Two tubs for veg and two for flowering. What size air pump and what pump do y'all recommend. Links would be greatly appreciated.

Air pumps need to run 24/7, If you can find the most energy efficient pump your already saving money.
I buy the General Hydroponics- Duel Diaphragm 20lpm air pumps from Horticulturesource.com

This pump produces 20lpm @ 8 watts per hour, The pump does not get hot.. is very quiet.. has 4 outlets and a rubber vibration dampner. They are more money up front but pay for themselves over time by using less energy to run and cool.

I would recommend one pump per grow site.
P.s. I use 2 pumps per 20 gallon grow site in my flower room.
