What should i do with my plant...

My plant is about 7weeks old it has about 10 nugs and is still producing them while at the same time my plant keeps growing new sets of leaves..
Do i harvest the buds wen they are ready and jus let it keep growing or wat the fuck.. Also wat nutes should i give it

Let it grow and give it flower or bloom nutes at a mild dosage.

You can harvest when the more mature ones are ready leaving the others on the plant time to also mature.
