what should i do to improve my grow room?

i am growing 10 autoflowering plants and i need to know if i need anything else

heres my equipment:

and:

so ive basicly got a room set up with all of that in it
and i am wonderign if 400w is enuf for my 10 babys? i was thinking of getting
2x 250w CFL's
(http://www.mile-end-hydroponic.co.uk/mg envirolite/Envirolite 200 Watts kit - BLOOM.htm)
for the flowering phase, wich is another 28000lm. i am aiming to get atleast a ounce off each plant, do you think its possable and what whould i need to do to acheave this

i dont

i dont think it would hurt to even a little more than 2 250 wcfls' ,ive been trying to keep at least a 10,000 lumen per plant ratio,but if not i think u could still get close to an oz. per plant if you let them flower til theyre fully done.

ive got 54000lm hps now added to the 28000lumens from the cfls. thats 82000 lumens, and i can fit any more lights in after that :/
