looks OK to me, never hurts to flush whenever they need watering though.

tons is extreme, 3 times the the volume of soil is a a major flush, maintance flush equal volume of water as there is soil.

It is still early but the first two pictures look as if there are some hairs down there. I would put my $$$ on female!!

How far away do you have your lights positioned? Looks like there is quite a bit of stretching going on.

just move my plant down like 1foot 3inch but at night it get s really cold i just put 2 blankets to keep in the heat and trying a heater to add heat
