what reasons could be for way too long of flower

I don't know.

You call it an expierment show me the proper controls.

You also claim that fade is natural similar to fall leaves and its not. Its a defeincy.

Its silly to think that the same strains and cuts will finish at exactly at the same time under different conditions.

Did you run identical cuts? Even variations in phenotype will cause different finishing times in the same strain.

Breeder times are nothing more that an estimate.

With autos I am sure higher N and running veg nutes extend veg time along with a few other tricks.

I also know from guerilla growing that different temps as well as other variables effect flowering time.

I know soil temps where the roots are can really effect the plant. If its too cold then the plant slows down, too hot and it can really suck down water.

That may be it for me then. I fed veg formula during stretch and a few times during flower to make sure the girls had plenty of food. None of the leaves have yellowed like usual.
What if i increased my ppm of bloom formula to say 900? And change hps bulb out for MH For 2 weeks
If you're near 70 days I would stop feeding. Water only from here on out. If you don't water to runoff, I'd do it at least once now. The MH can add some UV which can help trich production, but it's your choice.

Can't comment about Auto's as I don't run them. I don't know if I claimed the fade is natural but I could believe some of that. At least with a few of my strains the colors will change whether I'm feeding full strength nute's or tapered nute's. Just the expression of those strains genetics.
And I agree that breeder times are an estimate and that different environments can have an effect in flowering times. A lot of things can affect how our plants grow and finish. All you have to do is look on here and see how many people ask what's wrong with my plant 4 weeks into flower.

I can agree with most of that.

Oh im beyond that. Now at 84 days and still no change in the trichs. Very little are cloudy.

running some plants inside as well as outside this summer. The inside plants include girlscoutcookie forum cut. East coast sour Diesel, Strawberry Blue, iced grapefuit, G13, Oh Zone and a couple of my own breeding. Was flipped on April 26th. Was slow to show sex and slow to form buds. Bud never got very big and never achieved amber. Only was cloudy with some trichs clear about 50/50.
Leaves showed no signs of stress or deficiencies of any kind.
Bloomed under a couple of 1000's a couple of 600's and some LED's. Have an 8" fan exchanging air and have it air conditioning as well.
Pulled the GSC at 77 days on wednesday cause I was tired of looking at them and I need room pretty bad because I have plants that have been ready for a couple of weeks now to go into the flower room.
Strawberry blue looks like it is about halfway done at the slow rate it is going. The Sour D, G13, Oh Zone have no Ambers what so ever and little cloudy and mostly clear trichs.

Been feeding some Jacks bloom and hitting it every once in a while with some jacks 20/20/20 too keep the plant with plenty of nitrogen. my PPM I've been keeping it at around 250ppm at every watering. Fed a little bit of molasses as well once in a while. Got a shot of epsom salt as well a couple of times during watering.
plants have shown no stress related problems its just so slow of getting ready.
Same plants outside had no such problems of being a slow bloomer or low yields.
250 ppm is waay too low for flowering plants...i shoot for 600-1000 and also jacks doesnt have enough micronutes...
