what ones better?

hii right i am currently into one week of flowering i have used a mh upto now but i have been reading that a mh is better for flowering then a hps is better for flowering but in the long run i have also read that a mh is better for flowering as it produces more lumes but im using a lumatek ballast that has a super lumes setting anyway so shall i carry on using the mh in flowering or you think i should use my 400w hps and keep my ballast on super lumens?? thanks for all help!!! i would switch to the hps bulb, without doubt..

HPS spectrum is way better for bloom... now what some do, is veg with MH, bloom first week with MH, then switch to HPS, then last 2 weeks go back to MH for its resin production.
