I think you need to make the decision as to whether you want to be organic or not (I'm pretty sure EJ is mostly organic if not all).

its hard to say what is easier.

With pretty much all nutrients, you're just going to mix up some shit in a bucket and water your plants with it.
Drynagrow is pretty straightforward, with less additives and extras than EJ.

If you're in hydro, dynagrow will probably be easier. For soil, you could go either way.

Not going to say go either way, but I use EJ. and I love it.

Things you should know:
You REALLY should brew EJ for at least 24 hours before watering.
Feed starting at 1/4, move to 1/2. Some heavy feeders might use more, but I havent personally found a plant that needs more than 1/2 the bottle dosage.
Organics take longer to correct a deficiency. Leaves some room for over or even under correction.
