What npk should i use for the next water

I'm a new grower. I bought 6 teens and put them in 5 gallon buckets of viagro potting mix. It said there was 9 month of food in there. I now know that the soil isnt any good. And it doesn't dry well. So I was just watering them with ph'd water at 6.5 with superthrive. Which i found out doesn't have much if anything useful in it. I only used it because i knew an old guy who did. I now have some miracle grow 4-12-4 and some dark energy 2-0-0 also i have epsom salt and molasses. Molassis is 0-0-5 dark energy is 2-0-0 and my MG is 4-12-4. That's 4-12-9 if I'm not mistaken. The plants are almost at week 4 of flower. 2 of them are doing well one of them is a light yellow color and the last three are suffering from a severe nitrogen deficiency. I havnt watered them in 6 days. They are under 1000w hps. Temps 65-80 day or night. 2 big fans in the roome humidity 35-55%. They also suffered from me over watering them. So my question is, being in week 4 of flower, suffering from these deficiencies, what npk ratio is recommended for the next water. Thanks all

The high pressure sodium light messes up my phone camera but you can see the dark green new growth compared to the yellow old growth. I fed it with a heavy dose of foliage spray. I tried not getting any on the buds the best I could but I felt they needed it
