What may be wrong with my plant?

Hey guys, so I've had some plants being grown lately and noticed this morning my biggest plant had a little yellow on his leafs, now he is only a few inches from the light so I bumped him down Lil more thinking it may be light burn, but may it possibly anything else? I really haven't fed it much to any nutrients yet wondering if I should, also I'm wondering how my plant could grow more leaves quicker? I've read about supercropping but don't think it's possible at this stage, just would like a nice big healthy plant by spring to toss outdoors.

My guess is some very mild nutrient burn, maybe to much Nitrogen? Newer foliage seems ok, it's not uncommon for new foliage to be a little lighter than the already established leaves.

1. quit calling it HE/HIM, it is a she or her
2. it looks overwatered, #1 cause of problems
3. soil looks very compacted with no perlite or way to get some oxygen

Ahh yeah I do have the soil probably packed a little too much, and your right my bad in person I always call my buds she so why not my plants too lol. It may be a little over watered probably not though I use spray bottles with all the same mounts of water going in the plant, and thanks trippy hippy, I'll keep watching that plant daily see how she keeps going.

what kind of soil did you use anyway? Just out of curiosity I see some wood/bark. If you use outdoor soil it's best to amend it with organic matter and sift through the soil by hand and remove any sticks and twigs and rocks and leaves because none of that will really do your plant justice.

Been using this topsoil I get off my buddy that's been growing successfully for years cause we live a couple hrs away from the main town that sells everything, all we have out here is a little gas station, but yeah this soils been working fine for me I'm wondering if I should get some fertile soil though for when they start growing little more, and yes I noticed had Lil bark typa shit in the bag been picking that out as thoroughly as van

If its some good topsoil than next time id just add some vermiculite and peat moss and maybe some sand to help with aeration and drainage. Good luck bro
