What Lighting Would Give Me Great Results for Just One Plant?

I will say that if you are thinking of the 150 watt, at least go up to the 250 watt, as it is more efficient for hardly any more cost. In veg you can use much less light than in flower. So a 600 watt light would be a waste in veg. 200 watts would be plenty. I veg with 63 watts of LED in a 2x2x5' tent filled with plants, to give you an idea of how little is needed.

You said you want a 4-5 foot plant, even the 1000 watt will not provide the lower branches with good buds. Unless you have side lighting, 3 foot is about your upper limit. The lights only penetrate a foot or 2 into the flowering plant. Think wide not tall, scrog, topping, tie it over, etc. I would not go over 2 feet tall really.
