What level of chlorine / chloramine are you comfortable with?

My tap water has both chlorine and chloramine present, though each is about just 1 ppm. Is this level big enough to justify using Amquel (or something to remove them), or is this level so small that it doesn't even need to be addressed?

Where are you getting your water from, if its municipal that's fucking awesome, and also negligible. anything < 15 ppm is fine in my opinion.
