What LED Light should i get.

Got a 80x80x160 tent, what's the best Led light I can get for around £150 mark. The ts1000 actual wattage 150. has some good results on YouTube. I've literally spent the whole day looking at lights ahhh. Thanks in advance. Happy growing.

If that tent measurement is inches, you’d need 4-6 ts1000’s to flower a full tent. I’m using the spider farmer 4000(roughly equivalent to 4 Mars ts1000)in a 4x4 tent and I wouldn’t think it could handle a 5x5 as they suggest, so if you plan to fill the thing I would lean toward 6 or more...

Cheapest DIY light I like to do is to use Bridgelux EB Gen 2 strips, 2 foot or 4, and a HLG Meanwell driver; with aluminum angle to frame them up.

Measurement is in cm. its a 32x32 tent. Really need about 250-300w for a tent like that. You would want the TS2000. or the spider farmer sf-2000. or something similar.

It's not in inches just over 2 ft long and wide 1.6m high.

Its actually in cm and that converts to 32x32 which is just under 3 feet.

I don't think that will happen for 150 just use half the tent your first grow till you can afford more light...you will yield less if you try to stretch that light over the whole tent I know you will find something cheap you think might work but it won't just use half the tent or increase your budget

You probably should actually be looking at the UK HLG site. I don't know if the promo code works there too, but you could always start with 1 135 Rspec and then add another later.

Yeah that will work that's on the lower end of the light you need so you won't be maximizing the space but it's enough

This is a difficult choice. I'm stuck between the 150w quantum board at £200, would need to purchase 2. Or the mars hydro 2000 for £270, I'm guessing the wise choice.would be to purchase a quantum board and purchase a second the following month?

The mars doesn't compete with the HLG or other LEDs of that level of efficiency.
The lumatek is a great light, its UK made(so no import duty), has a good warranty from a well established company and can be bought from many UK hydro shops or diyleduk.

Its also square so will get better light uniformity in a square tent than an rectangle light would
