What size container is that? Looks that plant is around 6-7inches tall, max? Genetics will determine how the buds fill out and their calyx:lead ratio which will affect your total weight.
That said, I would guess maybe 6-8 grams. I guess if it’s a strain with tightly stacked calyxes, given optimal lighting and other environmental conditions, and kept in perfect health with optimal pk usage, (especially in week 4-6-ish from switch) then you could get maybe a half oz.
Again, these are simply guesses/estimates made from my personal experience. Honestly though, we don’t grow single cola style; my opinion is based on having 30 plants in bloom at a time in 7 gallon coco pots, so my experience is limited in talking about smaller plants and especially single cola style plants.
