What is your IDEAL temperature range.

In a grow tent, LED, without co2. I've seen those on here that say 75-80F, 77-81F, 80-85F. Opinion seems to vary wildly.

If you could control your temperature perfectly whats your ideal # during daytime & nighttime. Flower vs Veg difference?

Side note: Ideal humidity?

81-83 degrees lights on with 65-75% rh during veg
81-83 degrees lights on with 50-60% rh during flower
Good air flow and proper light distances are key also to creating a good environment and utilizing those high temps. I try to not let my lights off temp swing by to much. Maybe five or so degrees but a little more won’t hurt anything.

Leaf surface temp is the measurement that matters

Around 80°F

Read up on VPD for humidity targets
My tent is at 82F right now, i used one of those amazon $65 infrared temp guns from the great covid scare of 20-21' to check my leaf surface temp & it said 91-93F (lowerleaf/upperleaf). So am I a full 10degrees off where i need to be?

Likely a measurement error; you're not gonna have a 92° leaf temp in an 82° ambient tent

LST will always be lower than ambient temperature due to transpiration under LED lighting
Generally a few degrees farenheit lower than ambient

That doesn’t really make sense if your lighting is led, if anything it should be a little less then 82

Ok so to acheive the 80F I'm looking for on leaf surface, 82F ambient tent is basically perfect?

Alright then yup I suspect this temperature-gun is trash, like everything else pandemic related Amazon was selling.

I keep it around 80, might go a bit higher if I can’t get my humidity down I just don’t want to turn on a heater in the summer, but if gotta oh well can’t swing a second or more powerful dehumidifier till next harvest.

Holy crap!.. this pheno of Lemon Cane that I hunted down last grow (from mother #10) is in week 7.. I was plucking some fan leaf shaders today, and after a very short period, I could clamp my thumb and index finger together, and it was like contact cement. .... prob the stickiest strain I've ever grown. I'll post an update in my grow journal sometime this weekend.
