What is your definition of Happiness?

Happiness...for me...is one more day. One more day with my children, my sweet indicat33, other family and friends who love me. It's helping other's. Helping anyone really....paying good will forward, making another smile. Happiness is being ok with who I am and my life (while not perfect) excepting the things I can not change and KNOWING it is ok that I can't change them. Happiness is laughing and sharing, not holding grudges, not going to bed angry (my rule of thumb) and waking up fresh each new day.
We do not have to settle for small amounts of happiness in our life. The mind is so powerful. Get healthy in your mind.....and happiness can be yours nearly all the time. And even when things are bad.....I mean really, really bad.....they NEVER "seem" as bad. If our minds can "trick" us into believing we are miserable beyond repair you have to reason it goes to the other extreme as well which it does. :) Power of positivity. I haven't always been this way, and some days are harder than others, but I can honestly say I have joy and happiness in my life! <3 CK
 
Happiness for me is spending time with family and loved ones-
the feeling of being appreciated for being myself.
Relaxing time at the beach, joy and laughter on a
daily basis with my Lady. You contribute to my happiness

I'll read what makes others happy, after I tell you what makes me happy....

Life... living life.... breathing... smiling... laughing... anything I will do in the next 10 seconds...
Anything I will do tomorrow...
Life makes me happy...
I look at the bright side of life... and that always makes me happy...

Unhappiness, is caused by self worry, and feeling sorry for one's self...
You didn't take a snappy 'selfie' today and you get sad...
Be happy in everything you do...
Life's too short for you to waste being sad...
Feeling self pity is a waste of energy....

And.... I haven't even hit the bong yet this morn...

I wake up happy and smiling every day....

It makes others around me upset at times.... sorry...

blow up your tv, throw away your paper, move to the country, build a home, raise a little garden, eat a lot of peaches, try and find Jesus, on your own--spanish pipe dream, an updated version of Virgil's eclogues and georgics. but that's what i think about when i think about happiness--partnering with the land to sustain a family in communion with that land.

I live with terrible chronic pain every day and cannabis provides relief. For me happiness is not being in constant pain and being around the people who love and matter to me. It is upsetting that I live in a region that is not so friendly to cannabis. Some people have even told me that it is sad that my happiness depends on an illicit drug. Its just sad because I wouldn't wish my condition on my worst enemy and all im trying to do is live as normal a life as possible and I constantly feel like I am being judged, degraded or getting into trouble. Ohh well, Colorado cant come soon enough for me, im counting the days down :)

What little their allowed to have. I seriously doubt when I see this kind of comment, after seeing so much suffering. The fact that humble people appreciates the product of their struggle, keeping faith in a god that seems to have abandoned them, doesn't really sounds like happiness.
