What is wrong

I can't seem to figure out the problem with this slow growth and almost black leave tips, My other 2 plants are doing just fine with no problems in the same type of soil, this is just a new bag seed I just started. Under CFL only one 23 watt bulb just to get it going. Hacent fed it any nutrients at all just been getting regular water. There's proper air flow and I don't think it's too hot in there but any ideas out there? The white thing is a twisty tie it was to help straighten out the stem when it first starting popping up.

The real problem here is that your name is Bobby Brown. He is a legendary loser and that curse will haunt you.

Most likely, the soil has too much or too little nutrients... Not sure what at this point... Make sure they are draining well... more holes in pot helps sometimes... check the ph balance too!

soil is shit you need it airy and light

that looks like something from death valley

wash the plant gently from that poop into something nice

or add 30% perlite or river sand to give it some air

good luck

That soil looks terrible. Get yourself the best pack of soil you can get, it is much cheaper than nutrients and sleepless nights wondering what you did wrong.
If possible mix up 33% well washed coco / peat, 33% best quality compost you can get and 33% perlite with 1 cup of lime per 50L of mix. Put into a 20+L pot with proper drainage holes.
