What Is Wrong With This Outdoor Autoflower?

Hello guys,i've started to grow for the first time in my life. I germinated one my seeds 2 weeks earlier than i should - just to get experience for the other plants-. It's day 11 now and the plant is showing some symptoms.

-Day time temperatures are great around 75-80 fahrenheit

-Night time temperatures are cold, 47-50 fahrenheit ( that's probably why the new growth is purple)

-Medium is cheap peat moss i mixed %20 worm castings and around %1 dried sheep manure. Unfortunately the medium has no perlite in it :( the container is half a gallon ( 1.5 liters)

-I use 3 different waters ; rainwater ( i ran out of it now), spring water from some rock close to the area (150 ppm) and the river close by ( 200 ppm). I've got a ph meter but it thinks every water is 8.0 ph so it's useless. The ph is probably high in alkaline anyway because all the limestone around the mountains.

I only fed my plant once in the day 7, i used diluted urine ( 1 part morning piss and 8 part water). The plant was okay until today, maybe it was too much?

I was keeping the plant at night with me for the first week but it was getting dangerous so i brought it to a temporary place where it gets cold at nights.

Last question, when should i transplant to 5 gallon of biobizz all mix? I know i shouldn't transplant autos but this is a guerilla grow and nights are very cold so it will hurt the seedlings, not to mention all the seed loving animals so i couldn't let that happen. Thanks...

10 to 1 water to pee. 8 to 1 might be hot. Mind lve pissed in pot straight up, but big pots.lol. conains good plant food. Thats why lawns have greener spots where the dogs piss. Mind l was drunk so piss was already watered down.

Update : this is day 19, last week weather forecast warned for agricultural frost so i couldn't transplant the plant and had to bring the plant inside but someone saw me yesterday on my way to the mountain so i couldn't risk it and left the plant. Unfortunately frost hit and i think the plant is dead. :( Anatolia is a horrible place to grow any plant. Humidity is as low as 10 percent in the day times, sun scorches after the morning and temperatures drop to freezing points in the nights. What a wasteland. :(
