What is wrong with my plants?

This is my first stealth, bagseed grow. The plants are just at 2 weeks old right now, and I noticed a couple of days ago that the leaves were turning yellowish brown. I believe that part of that is due to my lights being too close. I moved the lights away, and that problem hasnt gotten much worse, but today i noticed that my almost all my leaves were droopy and one of my plants has little brownish-black spots on the leaves. I admit that I was watering too much during the first week, but I just watered my plants for the first time in 5 days. Currently I am not using any nutes, and I am using tap water that I let sit out for at least 3 days.

I think that is what is causing my leaves to droop like that, but why are there brownish-black spots on picture number 2 and 4? I was thinking a lack of Calcium, but i wanted to get another opinion before I started treating for that.

Any ideas on how to help my plants?

transplant in a better soil. Check the ph of your water get more intense light.

i think your soil is too hot.(too much nutes in it) and or your water ph is too high

Im going to try and transplant into better soil, but I have not even starting putting nutes into it yet, so ill check the ph of my water.
