Is there holes in bottom of containers?

yeah i have holes in cups and ph water and nutrient solution between 5.5-6.5

first time growing in coco I've been watering everyday that what they guy at the hydro shop told me to do I've been giving right amount of nutes i have a humidifier in the keeping in 40-70 rh and temps stay at like 70-80 and then i have a intake and outake that go on ever hour for 15 mins

Medium is still moist when watered?

Just allow plants to use up water in medium before watering again.

okay yeah i think I've been overwatering I've heard everyday for co co and I've used soil before and its every few days

Exactly once they grow they will want more water more ofren.
