What is wrong with my plant??

What should I do to help this? Is it a Mg deficiency ?

Might be too many nutrients in the soil too.

Looks like it might be spider mites. nute burn normally starts from the leaf tips and works its way back. check the underside of your leaves for tiny moving specks and if you have one, look at them through a scope. im currently being raped by the little fuckers and i have a seedling that looks just like that. good luck man.
