What is wrong with my plant?

Can someone please tell me why my leaves are turning these colors? my ph is about 6.0

need info how old looks hydro ph is 6.0 any nutes yet???? i would guess its hungry

I would say about 2 weeks and i just replaced the water and added about a half tablet of the AG nut. I still need to get some better ones but that's what im working with now.

Heres an update on the plant. does anyone know why it may be doing this? ph is about 5.5-6.0.
