Did you mix in 30% pure Perlite? If not, you may still be suffocating the roots with too much water! Have you tried growing an Autoflower with the hardy Ruderalis genes mixed in? They say Auto’s are not as potent, but it seems that they are easier to grow (at least the kind in my grow journal is... check out my new grow journal pictures)

Also, I found this on their website
“OG Kush feminized cannabis seeds can be difficult to grow, and is recommended for experienced growers; novice gardeners may find the yields quite low, though the benefits may still be worth the gardening struggle. The strain has an average flowering time of eight weeks, after which time the healthiest plants will deliver up to 500 grams of harvestable flower.”

Did you receive your seeds in a sealed package?
