What is this??

Cut it down or what? This wreck of a plant started with brown curling leaves only at the top. The brown grew as leaves died. Help. Yes please.

Signs of over feeding on your large fan leaves (clawed tips). Salt build up would be my guess for the dead leaves on top.

Do you think I should flush and cut it down? Wasting light right?
