Wondering if the spots on the leaves is a Deficiency or Fungus gnats attacking the leaves. I know its not spider mites because i looked underneath with a Microscope. Any ideas?IMG_0278.jpgIMG_0272.jpgIMG_0276.jpgIMG_0277.jpg

There is definitely something wrong...it looks like you got some big black stripes growing across your plants man.

gnats wont attack the leaves I dont think. the larva will ruin your roots tho. Do you spray your plants? Could just be burns from spraying. If it is a deficiency I'd think it is calcium. Could also be from a ph lockout. Do you check it? If it is ph I would think it was on the low side by how it looks, locking out the calcium.

I'd say it looks like some sort of burn, cal mag burns look alot like that with spots appearing in the little of leaves.

i check PH twice a day as well as PPM its aeroponics Ph is always at 5.8-6.2 and ppm is at 1350 been increaseing every 4 days using distilled water with GH Flora 3 part. And its starting to appear on new growth after it gets established. I thought maybe i was underfeeding but at almost 1400 PPM i dunno Strain Is Afghan kush.

Does not look like insect, i think nute burn or a fungis, if it is white it is a fungas but I cant tell from photo if it is white. Do you spray them with anything durning light hours? If so stop it.

No i do not foliar feed... and no White fungus or anything i did battle Root rot but the roots are amazing now Super White and Fish boney looking (hairs that come off roots). I just cant seem to figure it out. I am gonna do a Full Nute change and leave PPM at 1350. The only thing i can think of is these Damn Fungus gnats i will get a root pic soon

what light are you using? how close is it to your plants? are you using a ozone generator?

my best guess would be mg lockout. magnesium get's locked out a lot higher than other nutes on the pH scale. i think around 6.3-6.4

i wouldn't push the ppm right now if i were you though. try backing off to 800-1000ppm. 1350 seems like an awful lot for a plant that size.

well, it's definitely not the light. you can actually move that 400w a lot closer. i keep 1000w lights 18" and 600w lights 12" for the most part. I'd move it down to 12" if heat isn't an issue.

i'm inclined to think it is a burn of some kind. 1400ppm at that stage is a ton. i'm never really over 900ppm in veg and only push certain strains to 1400ppm+ in mid-late flower. what week are you in veg? not counting cloning/seedling stage.

I forgot what week but its been over 3 months and i fought root rot for about a month so itd gotten about 2 good weeks of veg so far and then i started seeing those dots at about 800ppm so every 4 days i would up ppm abd yesterday i put it to 1350 from 1150

yea, i would try and keep the pH more stable and back off the nutes. see how that does.

What ever happened to the calcium def. idea? Its a good chance its your problem especially because your using distilled water. Here it what late cal def looks like.... and seem like your getting there....
