Hi,

Can anyone help identify what this is, or how to fix? Maybe it’s not a problem and I just need to remove the leaf?

Watering only when soil is dry (every 2-3 days)

Keep the leaf. Seeing the odd leaf like that can become common when you grow cannabis. It might freak you out the first time you see it, but you eventually stop paying attention to individual leaves and pay attention to the plant as a whole instead. Pics of the whole plant?

I wouldn't worry about it at this point. It will likely just be affecting a couple of the lowest leaves and new growth will probably be healthy.

The only advice I'd take so far is pic of the whole plant. I'm pretty sure your referring to the spots and possibly yellow vein. It looks like a pic of 1 "finger" of 1 leave. No diagnosis can be made. Only thing I see is a finger of a leaf that imo is very dark
