I believe i have a preflower in week 5 of veg . Can this be what i hope it to be????

That's a pre-flower... still may be too soon to call what sex though...

How many plants do you have going?

difficult to tell right now... wait for 5-7 days and pray for it to be female

So hard to tell, may be just additional growth. Be patient and time will tell, when are you going to start flowering?

I am going to flower in either 1 or two weeks

yeh man just chill for a bit its only going to be a leaf, you have to atleast wait a week to determine the sex.
and when in dark there should be no light what so ever
light pollution is not good for your plants

hmm that first pic it kind of looks like a pistil! so that would be cool , but like everyone said.. prob another week until you can actually determine for sure... good luck!
