What is this!? Tiny bugs heeeeelp

Hey guys I have a small autoflower plant in a 3,6L pot, way to small I know! But it was a free bee haha!
I bought autopots for my next grow 15L.
So I had the great idea to install my 3,6L pot in the autopot tray to make it as big as possible!
Well it worked great, the float worked well and filled the tray with water, 2 days ago. And when the tray was empty it filled it up again! So no problems yet!
but this morning I woke up to check out my little girl and I see some small tiny fucking things jumping around in my tray!? What is this how can there be bugs after just 2days? Do I have a fungus problem?!
I think my plant look healthy so I don’t know we’re they come from!? I have no bugs on my leaves or stems. Or on my other plants which I hand water.
what can I do to get rid of these tiny things?

I have another question to! In my reservoir, is it important to have a air stone or water pump? What do you guys suggest?
can it be a bug problem because of I have no oxygen in my reservoir?
I don’t have any bugs in my reservoir, just in my tray.

this is my first grow ever just to be clear :)

I have airdomes for my next grow also, not in this pot right now.

They live in the medium, typically worse in coco from what I have read as you normally water coco more often than soil. I just discovered the same thing yesterday, only reason I know this, because I was just researching it lol, currently on my first grow as well.

Okay haha we’ll I’m close to harvest on the plant so maybe won’t be a problem but when I flush and my leaves die on plant I hope they won’t be on my buds

Springtails? Remedies

Hey ya'll Noticed these little tiny white bugs that like to jump and flip around when agitated. Through research here I can see that these may be springtails. Seems like the only remedy is to wait them out and water less / manage moisture levels. Odd thing is I've been letting my plants go...

Your plant has at least a month left until it’s ripe. So keep feeding full feeds at minimum for another 3 weeks.
