What is this growing on my fan leaves?

Still dealing with bugs but a lot less. Doesn’t look good here, looks “ok” over there. Wish she’d have stayed in Veg longer. Hoping for MAYBE 1/2 ounce. Bugs and heat don’t mix. Thanks for everyone’s input
