yes sirs thank you! i did notice little spots where they ate some leaf....I must murder right away. Is that stuff poisonous to humans? Anything thats organic and safe to use?

Edit: Ok gonna go grab some organic spray with spinosad at Home Depot...

Its a Thrip. Id go with Ed Rosenthal's Zero Tolerance herbal pesticide. He makes a good product and Thrips are one of the insects mentioned on the bottle. If you wanna take the lazy (or sure) way to kill them. Get a bottle of Doctor Doom Insect fogger. It says its safe up to 1 day before harvest, but its main ingrediant is permithium so of course id let it go a little longer before i harvested. If you want the want the fogger, I'd buy it quickly because the people who make it just ran out of permithium and it will no longer be sold in hydro stores after next shipment

Captain Jacks Deadbug killed everything within 2 days. Sweet.

that is 100% a Thrip. did you have a problem with flies or a bit of mold?
